A complete original package, including the box and all included accessories, is required for any warranty claim. All ONTEN products are covered by a 6-month warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of the warranty policy.

The warranty does not cover burnt, broken, water-damaged, or physically damaged products. Damage caused by unauthorized or third-party repair personnel is also not covered. Additionally, complimentary accessories, such as charger cables, pouches, or other free accessories, are not included under the warranty.

For any replacement or warranty decision, the original invoice, invoice amount, purchase date, product usage duration, remaining warranty period, and product condition may be considered. ONTEN is not liable for any loss of data or damage incurred through the use of its products. Final warranty and replacement decisions will be made based on these factors for a fair assessment.
